- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Premera dropped my autopay arrangement last Nov. and then terminated my account. They sent me an email notifying me that my autopay would need to be re-initiated, which ended up in junk mail, but sent me a letter asking for supplementary insurance details since coincidentally, my deductible was met. I found out I was terminated in early Dec. and called Premera to see if I could get reinstated if I made full payment immediately. I sent payment, Premera cashed check, but did not reinstate me, instead they used the payment for the Jan premium on an auto-enrolled Premera 2017 plan from a "terminated" account. I already had insurance coverage and did not need two plans. I have spent hours on the phone trying to remove the unwanted unauthorized Premera plan, and now that Nov. and Dec. are known risks, I don't want reinstatement, I want my money back. I will pay the uncontracted price of the doctor bills and still have $1400 left. Will Premera give my money back after they denied all claims for that period and costs me so much time and annoyance?June 03, 2017by Hexprime 11
